Floor Mission Saltillo Mexican Flooring Tile

The Spaniards introduced to new world the courtyard dwelling from a Moorish heritage. Houses are built around central gardens designed as miniature paradises, emphasizing  water as a precious element of nature. The sound of water emitted from a fountain infuses a relax and sublime environment, and is part of a Mexican style architecture.

This exterior cantera fountain is decorated with Mexican Talavera tiles from our Decorative I collection utilizing The Pajaro Colonial and surrounded with Spanish Mission terracotta floor tiles. Again birds play a role in this fountain, they are laid at bottom giving it a finishing touch.
