I am from Scotland, so was very pleased when the basin arrived only a couple if weeks after ordering. And most of that delay was caused by the UK customs office. The basin itself was packaged so well, it would have survived a vulcano eruption! It arrived in pristine condition, looking exactly as described. The customer service was very friendly and super efficient. I would recommend ordering from this company anytime! Diana |
